Application Steps:
Step 1: Apply to Cornerstone Leadership Academy
Complete application and attach the most recent copy of your child's report card. There is a $50 application fee required for the application to be considered, payable to Cornerstone Leadership Academy.
Go to the Apply Now Tab located under the Admissions Page on the left hand side of the website.
Finacial aid is evaluated through the third party F.A.C.T.S. Go to www.factstuitionaid.com to apply. The company charges $25 for this process.
Step 3: Visit Us
Call our school office at 770-987-4400 to make an appointment for a tour, schedule a short parent-and-student interview with the director, and give the prospective student(s) a test evaluation.
Step 4: Admissions Decision
Cornerstone operates on a rolling admissions basis, meaning decisions are made on a weekly basis while spaces are available. To be considered for admission, all documents, including application, school transcripts (if applicable), teacher recommendations (if applicable), testing, an interview, and the application fee, must be completed and submitted to the school. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) will be notified in writing of the admission committee's decision regarding admissions and placement at our school. Once accepted, students can begin the registration process.

• Tuition payment options 2012-2013:
Payment in Full by August 1st: If payment for a full year’s tuition is received by August 1, 2012, then there will be a 5% discount and no additional service charges.
Deferred Payment Plan 1: Two equal payments to be made on or before August 1, 2012 and December 1, 2013. If this plan is chosen, then there will be a 3% discount.
Deferred Payment Plan 2: Ten monthly payments due on or before August 5th 2012 and ending May 5th 2013.
If Deferred Payment Plan 2 is chosen, then payments are processed through FACTS, a tuition management service. Payments are due on the 1st with late payments on the 5th of each month for 10 months. Payments begin in August by automatic bank account drafts. FACTS has a one-time enrollment fee of $40 and a $25 fee for insufficient funds. For more information on FACTS visit www.factsmgt.com.
Households with 2 or more children enrolled in Cornerstone will receive a 20% discount.
Cornerstone Leadership Academy has limited need-based financial aid funds available for qualified families.
